Meatballs
- 1 12 lbs lean beef
- 1 lb Italian pork sausage
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- salt
- pepper
- parsley
- 2 eggs
- 1 12 cups water
- 1 12 cups parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- in a large bowl, place meat and rub garlic into it.
- Press meat down into sides of bowl and add: salt, pepper, parsley, 2 eggs, water.
- sprinkle parmesan cheese and then breadcrumbs.
- Fold mixture together.
- Bake on lightly greased sheet at 350 for 30+ minutes and then put in sauce to continue to cook.
- The longer they cook in sauce, the better the sauce.
