Meatballs

  1. in a large bowl, place meat and rub garlic into it.
  2. Press meat down into sides of bowl and add: salt, pepper, parsley, 2 eggs, water.
  3. sprinkle parmesan cheese and then breadcrumbs.
  4. Fold mixture together.
  5. Bake on lightly greased sheet at 350 for 30+ minutes and then put in sauce to continue to cook.
  6. The longer they cook in sauce, the better the sauce.
