Glossy Chocolate Sauce (Gale Gand)

• 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
• 7 oz. semisweet chocolate
• 3 oz. corn syrup
• 1/2 cup hot water

1. Combine chocolate, place over water bath, stir until melted.
2. Whisk in syrup and water, incorporating well.
3. Serve warm.
