Sauteed Bonito and Garlic
- 4 pieces Bonito (Sashimi grade)
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Plain flour
- 1 as much (to taste) Lemon
- Cut the fish into 5 pieces.
- Cover with salt and pepper.
- Peel and crush the garlic.
- In a plastic bag, add the flour and fish and shake until thinly coated.
- In a pan, fry olive oil and garlic over low heat.
- When the garlic is golden, take it out.
- Place the fish skin down on the pan and cook on medium heat until the skin is crispy.
- Cook the other side the same way.
- Transfer to a serving plate and add garlic on top.
- Pour lemon juice and enjoy.
