Citrus-Chili Chicken

  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Put it in a bowl and set aside for a moment (you can put it in the fridge if you want Im not a fan of chicken hanging around on my counter).

  5. Put yogurt, chili paste, ginger, salt, orange zest, lime juice and pepper flakes in a bowl and stir together.
  6. Pour over chicken, stir until all the chicken pieces are coated.
  7. 3.
  8. Heat a pot on the stove over medium-high heat.
  9. Pour in the chicken and the yogurt mixture and cook the chicken all the way through (10-12 minutes).
  10. Pour in chicken broth, stir.
  11. Reduce heat to medium and allow sauce to thicken (about 5 minutes).
  12. 4.
  13. Serve over noodles of your choice (I used chow mein noodles).
