The Sea Dog
- 2 ounces Sercial Madeira
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- Dash of Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters
- 2 orange twists
- Ice cubes, plus cracked ice for serving
- 1 lemon twist, for garnish
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the Madeira, Simple Syrup, bitters and orange twists.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cracked-ice-filled double rocks glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
