Club Salad
- 1/4 cup light buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce, coarsely chopped
- 1 pound oven-roasted turkey breast from deli, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 ribs celery, thinly sliced
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 3 slices multi-grain bread, toasted
- 2 plum tomatoes, each cut into 6 wedges
- Whisk the buttermilk, light mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, dry mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Set aside.
- Combine the lettuce, turkey, bacon, celery, and onions in a large bowl.
- Toss with the dressing, and season to taste.
- Cut each toast slice into 4 even triangles.
- Divide the salad among 4 plates, serve with the tomato wedges and toast triangles.
