Mississippi Mud Flat Pie Recipe

  1. CRUST: Mix flour, butter and 1/4 c. nuts.
  2. Mash into 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 min.
  3. Let cold completely.
  4. MIX: Sugar, cream cheese and 1/2 Cold Whip till smooth.
  5. Spread over crust.
  6. MIX: Pudding mix and lowfat milk with electric mixer 2 min.
  7. Let stand a minute to thicken.
  8. Pour over cream cheese mix and spread.
  9. Top with remaining Cold Whip and nuts.
  10. Chill.
