Parma roulades
- 4 slice chicken breasts
- 4 slice parma ham
- 4 slice pecorino cheese
- 2 tbsp aromatic vinegar
- 4 each sage's leaf
- 1 bunch rosemary
- Put salt and rosemary on the chicken
- Put a slice of Parma ham on each chicken sliver
- Put a slice of pecorino on each slice of Parma ham
- Roll every chicken sliver on itself and close it with toothpicks
- Add more rosemary and put the roulades in a pan with olive oil
- Simmer with vinegar until it will be reduced
