Parma roulades

  1. Put salt and rosemary on the chicken
  2. Put a slice of Parma ham on each chicken sliver
  3. Put a slice of pecorino on each slice of Parma ham
  4. Roll every chicken sliver on itself and close it with toothpicks
  5. Add more rosemary and put the roulades in a pan with olive oil
  6. Simmer with vinegar until it will be reduced
