Grapefruit & Pomegranate in White Tea Jelly

  1. Stir gelatin into cold water until completely dissolved.
  2. Steep tea in boiling water for 3 minutes.
  3. Add sugar and gelatin mix until completely dissolved.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Divide fruit sections evenly among 4 small glasses or bowls and pour just enough of the tea mix to reach the top of each glass.
  6. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
