Green Peppers Stir Fried with Mentsuyu Butter and Lots of Bonito Flakes

  1. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise and take out the seeds.
  2. Slice into .5 cm thick.
  3. Heat butter in a pan and stir-fry the sliced peppers.
  4. When the peppers are cooked through, add the mentsuyu sauce and mix.
  5. Add the bonitor flakes, stir fry briefly and it's done.
  6. Here's one user, "Yoyone," who added red bell peppers.
  7. Another person added some bamboo shoot.
  8. Adding shiitake mushrooms looks delicious as well.
  9. Here's one with ham and corn.
