Best Ever Apple Cake Recipe

• 3 Large eggs
• 2 c. sugar
• 1 1/2 c. salad oil
• 3 c. flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 c. diced apples
• 1 c. minced walnuts
• 1 c. grated coconut

1. Beat Large eggs, sugar and salad oil together.
2. Sift flour, soda, baking pwdr, salt and cinnamon; beat into egg mix.
3. Stir in vanilla, mix in apples, walnuts and coconut.
4. Spread in 13 x 9 inch pan.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min or possibly till cake tests done.
6. May be served hot or possibly with whipped cream or possibly ice cream.
7. This cake freezes well.
