Fresh Herb, Cheese and Bacon Beggar's Purses

  1. Beat first 5 ingredients with mixer until blended.
  2. Stack 4 phyllo sheets, brushing each sheet lightly with oil before stacking.
  3. Cut stack lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thirds to make 6 (4-inch) squares.
  4. Repeat with remaining phyllo sheets.
  5. Spoon 1 rounded tsp.
  6. cream cheese mixture onto center of each stack; gather 4 points, then pinch just above filling to seal.
  7. Place, 1 inch apart, on baking sheet.
  8. Refrigerate 15 min.
  9. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake purses 10 to 12 min.
  10. or until golden brown.
