French 75
- Ice
- 1/4 cup gin
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup
- Brut Champagne
- Lemon twist, for garnish
- Combine lots of ice, the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in a mixing glass and shake.
- Strain into an empty glass.
- Top with Brut Champagne.
- Garnish with a lemon twist
