French 75

• Ice
• 1/4 cup gin
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon simple syrup
• Brut Champagne
• Lemon twist, for garnish

1. Combine lots of ice, the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in a mixing glass and shake.
2. Strain into an empty glass.
3. Top with Brut Champagne.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist
