Abm Barley Bread Recipe
- 1 c. Plus 2 tbsp water 80 deg
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 c. All purpose flour
- 1 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. Barley flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Cocoa
- 1 tsp Instant coffee
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 tsp Active dry yeast
- Add in water and honey to the pan.
- Add in flours, salt, cocoa and coffee to the pan.
- Tap pan to settle the ingredients and level ingredients with your fingers or possibly a spatula.
- Place a piece of butter in each corner of the pan.
- Make a small well in the flour and add in the yeast.
- Program for whole wheat and a dark crust.
