No-Bake Raspberry Cheesecake Bites

  1. Mix cream cheese and sugar in medium freezerproof bowl until blended.
  2. Stir in raspberries, then Cool Whip.
  3. Freeze 2 hours.
  4. Place graham crumbs in small bowl.
  5. Roll cream cheese mixture into 30 balls, using about 1 Tbsp.
  6. for each.
  7. Roll, 1 at a time, in graham crumbs until evenly coated; place on parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  8. Freeze 2 hours or until firm.
