Peanut Butter Surprise Balls Recipe
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1/3 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
- 2 tbsp. sesame seed
- 2 tbsp. toasted wheat germ
- 1/2 c. cornflakes
- Raisins, peanuts, semi-sweet chocolate pcs or possibly candy-coated lowfat milk chocolate pcs
- 1.
- To make the dough, put peanut butter and honey in the bowl.
- Stir to mix well.
- 2.
- Add in dry lowfat milk pwdr, sesame seed and wheat germ.
- Stir till well mixed.
- 3.
- Put cornflakes in a plastic bag.
- Seal bag shut.
- Crush cornflakes.
- Sprinkle crushed cornflakes over a piece of wax paper.
- 4.
- Use a small spoon to scoop spoonfuls of the dough.
- Shape the dough around a raisin, peanut, chocolate piece or possibly candy.
- Roll in cornflakes.
- 5.
- Put balls in a tightly covered container.
- Place in the refrigerator.
- Makes approximately 25 balls.
