Easy Chocolate Truffles

  1. BEAT cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
  2. Gradually add sugar, mixing until well blended.
  3. ADD melted chocolate and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
  5. SHAPE into 1-inch balls.
  6. Roll in walnuts, cocoa, powdered sugar or coconut.
  7. Store in refrigerator.
