Dandelion Wine

  1. Combine water and blossoms in a crock.
  2. Let stand for 24 hours, then strain.
  3. Then add the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Let the mixture set for 3 weeks, then bottle.
  5. Age the bottles for at least 2 months.
  6. Makes 4 quarts or 1 gallon.
