The Golden Ratio For a Not-Rolled Dashimaki Tamago Made in a Frying Pan

  1. Combine all the ingredients .
  2. Beat it well!
  3. Put some oil in a frying pan...
  4. Pour in half of the egg mixture.
  5. Gently scramble the egg with a wooden spatula.
  6. Mix gently till it looks like this!
  7. Add in the rest of the egg now.
  8. Tilt the frying pan like this.
  9. Round it off as if you're making and omelet.
  10. Pretty, isn't it?
  11. Transfer it to a plate and serve!
