The Golden Ratio For a Not-Rolled Dashimaki Tamago Made in a Frying Pan
- 4 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Water
- 1/2 tsp Dashi stock granules
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil (for frying)
- Combine all the ingredients .
- Beat it well!
- Put some oil in a frying pan...
- Pour in half of the egg mixture.
- Gently scramble the egg with a wooden spatula.
- Mix gently till it looks like this!
- Add in the rest of the egg now.
- Tilt the frying pan like this.
- Round it off as if you're making and omelet.
- Pretty, isn't it?
- Transfer it to a plate and serve!
