Elbows With Scallion and Herb Butter

  1. Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water, about 12 minutes.
  2. Drain.
  3. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small skillet.
  4. Stir in garlic, oregano, tarragon; saute 1 minute.
  5. Off heat stir in scallion and parsley.
  6. Add the cooked pasta.
  7. Toss and serve.
