Athenian Stuffed Peppers

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix ground burger, mushrooms, garlic and half of the tomatoes in large nonstick skillet.
  3. Cook on medium heat 5 min.
  4. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add pasta and cheese; mix well.
  7. Spoon evenly into pepper halves.
  8. Pour remaining tomatoes with their liquid into 8-inch square baking dish.
  9. Top with filled pepper halves; cover with foil.
  10. Bake 30 min.
  11. or until heated through.
