Easy Restaurant-Style Baked Potatoes

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place potato on microwaveable plate.
  3. Prick in several places with fork.
  4. Microwave on HIGH 7 to 8 min.
  5. or until tender.
  6. Cut potato in half lengthwise.
  7. Scoop flesh into bowl, leaving thin shells; mash flesh with cream cheese product, sour cream and 2 Tbsp.
  8. cheddar.
  9. Spoon into shells; sprinkle with remaining cheddar.
  10. Bake 10 min.
  11. or until cheese is melted and potatoes are heated through.
