Almost Beau Monde Spice Mix

• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 tablespoon cloves, ground
• 1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon bay leaves ground
• 1 tablespoon allspice ground
• 2 tablespoons black pepper ground
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg ground
• 1 teaspoon mace ground
• 1 teaspoon celery seeds
• 2 tablespoons white pepper ground

1. Mix together all of the ingredients.
2. Use a coffee grinder to grind any spices that are not already ground.
3. Sift through a sieve.
4. Store in a tightly sealed glass spice jar.
