Maple & Yogurt Covered Almond Granola Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a mixer bowl with a paddle attachment, combine oats, flour, puffed cereal, almond slivers, peanuts, and brown sugar and stir to combine.
  3. Add in almond butter, and mix with a spoon to break it up and create a dough.
  4. Add in vanilla extract, then mix again.
  5. Add in honey and stir to moisten completely.
  6. Add more almond butter if needed if dough looks dry.
  7. Fold in yogurt almonds and yogurt raisins.
  8. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray and press the dough into the pan.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  10. Remove and let cool completely before cutting; there may be minimal crumbling but they should hold together completely.
  11. If they are crumbling, put them in the fridge for a few minutes, then try re-cutting.
  12. Keep in the fridge or room temperature for up to 7 days.
  13. Enjoy.
