Brie Topped With Cranberry Marmalade Recipe

  1. Cook cranberries, sugar, currants, water and spices over medium heat till cranberries pop.
  2. Bring to room temperature.
  3. Take skin off top of brie, but leave 1/4 inch around the edge.
  4. Leave all skin on the sides.
  5. Put cooled marmalade on top.
  6. Bake at 350 till cheese melts...approximately 15 min.
  7. Serve hot.
