Dijon Salmon with Smashed Potatoes

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 10 to 15 min.
  2. or until tender.
  3. Meanwhile, reserve 1 Tbsp.
  4. mustard; brush fish with remaining mustard.
  5. Place fish, mustard side down, in nonstick skillet; cook on medium-high heat 4 min.
  6. Turn fish; brush with reserved mustard.
  7. Cover; cook on medium-low heat 3 to 4 min.
  8. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  9. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
  10. Drain potatoes, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water.
  11. Return potatoes to saucepan; mash to desired consistency.
  12. Add cream cheese, half the onions and reserved water; mix well.
  13. Spoon into bowl; sprinkle with remaining onions.
  14. Serve with fish.
