Lemon Spaghetti with Spinach and Chicken
- 16 ounces, weight Box Angel Hair Pasta
- 1 whole Rotisserie Chicken, Meat Removed From The Bones Then Shredded
- 1 box (10 Oz. Size) Frozen Spinach, Thawed And Squeezed Dry
- 1 Large Lemon, Juiced
- Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- Olive Oil, Enough For Drizzling To Your Preference
- Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Then drain off the water.
- In a large bowl combine pasta, chicken, spinach, lemon juice and red pepper flakes if using.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss and serve with a side salad.
