Lemon Spaghetti with Spinach and Chicken

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Then drain off the water.
  3. In a large bowl combine pasta, chicken, spinach, lemon juice and red pepper flakes if using.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss and serve with a side salad.
