Sizzling Breakfast Potatoes

  1. Cut half circles of one-eighth inch thickness.
  2. Rinse and clean the potatoes.
  3. Dice the onion and bell pepper set aside.
  4. Mash or chop sausage patties set aside for later.
  5. Add 1/3 cup of olive oil into a skillet.
  6. Once the oil is hot place the potatoes in a skillet and mix around.
  7. Place lid on top of the skillet.
  8. Check the potatoes every 5 minutes to make sure they arent sticking or the oil hasnt dried up.
  9. After 12 minutes of cooking add paprika, seasoning salt, garlic powder, and mrs dash original seasoning.
  10. Continue to cook.
  11. 15 minutes later add onions and bell peppers.
  12. Stir potatoes, bell peppers and onions.
  13. Add 1/3 cup of olive oil and put the top back on it.
  14. Cook for about 20 more minutes until potatoes are soft.
  15. During the last 5 minutes add the sausage and mix together.
  16. Leave the lid off.
  17. Add parsley flakes.
  18. Once the 5 minutes are complete turn the potatoes off.
  19. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
