Garlic Grilled Pork Chops
- 8 large garlic cloves, minced
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons molasses
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 1 tablespoon red wine
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 12 teaspoon hickory liquid smoke
- 14 cup canola oil
- 4 thick cut pork loin chops
- Place all ingredients except pork chops into a large bowl.
- Whisk to blend.
- Add the chops.
- Mix well to coat meat thoroughly.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- Set the heat to medium, and grill the chops 6-7 minutes per side.
