Garlic Grilled Pork Chops

  1. Place all ingredients except pork chops into a large bowl.
  2. Whisk to blend.
  3. Add the chops.
  4. Mix well to coat meat thoroughly.
  5. Cover bowl with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  6. Set the heat to medium, and grill the chops 6-7 minutes per side.
