Dedication Chicken Spaghetti
- 1 whole chicken, cooked in salted water until tender
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, broken in small pieces
- 1 onion, cut up in small pieces
- 1/2 large bell pepper, cut up in small pieces
- 2 stalks celery, cut up in small pieces
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 cans cream of chicken mushroom soup
- 1 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- Reserve stock.
- Debone chicken and cut in bite size pieces. Cook spaghetti in reserved stock; drain to just below top of spaghetti.
- Saute onion, celery and bell pepper in margarine until tender.
- Add cheese to hot spaghetti; stir until melted.
- Add all other ingredients together and season with garlic salt.
- Stir together well.
- Bake in oblong dish or pan at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle parsley flakes on top.
- Serves approximately 12 to 15 people.
