Peanut Butter Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray 9" x 9" pan with vegetable oil spray.
  3. Blend brown sugar, flour, wheat germ, cinnamon, baking soda and dry oats in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add applesauce, oil, peanut butter, egg substitute, milk and vanilla.
  5. Mix by hand or with electric mix until well blended.
  6. Stir in raisins.
  7. Spread mixture evenly in bottom of pan.
  8. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Cut into 15 even pieces and one piece is one serving.
  10. The rest freeze well for future breakfasts.
