Berry-Mango Soymilk Smoothies
- 1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk
- 14 cup orange juice, chilled
- 14 cup refrigerated fat-free liquid egg product, thawed
- 1 -2 tablespoon honey
- 12 cup chopped mango, chilled
- 12 cup frozen strawberries or 12 cup frozen raspberries or 12 cup frozen blueberries
- In blender, combine soymilk, orange juice, egg product, and honey.
- Cover and blend for 10 seconds.
- Add mango and berries.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
