Komatsuna with Sesame

  1. Blanch the komatsuna until tender.
  2. Rinse komatsuna in cold water, then thoroughly squeeze out excess water.
  3. Chop it up any way you like.
  4. Put the chopped komatsuna in a bowl, then add the ground sesame, bonito flakes, ponzu, and mayonnaise.
  5. Toss it all together, and it's ready to go.
