Komatsuna with Sesame
- 2 bunches Komatsuna
- 5 to 6 tablespoons Ground sesame seeds
- 5 to 6 tablespoons Bonito flakes
- 2 to 3 tablespoons Ponzu
- 1 tsp Mayonnaise
- Blanch the komatsuna until tender.
- Rinse komatsuna in cold water, then thoroughly squeeze out excess water.
- Chop it up any way you like.
- Put the chopped komatsuna in a bowl, then add the ground sesame, bonito flakes, ponzu, and mayonnaise.
- Toss it all together, and it's ready to go.
