Hang on for one night! Easy Fromage

  1. Add the condensed milk to the yogurt and mix well.
  2. This is a trick to take the water out of the yogurt so put it in the refrigerator for a night.
  3. How to make strained-yogurt You could use a coffee filter but get a strainer with holes on the small side and a bowl attached.
  4. Put a paper towel over the strainer then put the yogurt on top.
  5. Put a small dish in the bowl then set the strainer on top of that.
  6. Put in the refrigerator for the night.
  7. It should look like this.
  8. The next day, take it out of the refrigerator, place on a cool dish, and then put some fruit on top as you like.
  9. All done!
  10. The amounts listed are estimates.
  11. 1 tbsp of milk should be good for 100 g of yogurt.
  12. The more milk you put in, the richer it becomes.
  13. The recipe says one night but feel free to let even more water out for an even richer taste.
  14. When removing the water, if you place something on top of the yogurt it can be done in as little as an hour.
  15. Here I tried putting a couple of cocotte dishes on top.
  16. I used about 500 g of yogurt.
  17. My favorite new way to eat this recipe: Pour some Calpis Strawberry Milk on top.
