Hang on for one night! Easy Fromage
- 100 grams Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Condensed milk
- 1 as much or as little (to taste) Fruits of your choice
- Add the condensed milk to the yogurt and mix well.
- This is a trick to take the water out of the yogurt so put it in the refrigerator for a night.
- How to make strained-yogurt You could use a coffee filter but get a strainer with holes on the small side and a bowl attached.
- Put a paper towel over the strainer then put the yogurt on top.
- Put a small dish in the bowl then set the strainer on top of that.
- Put in the refrigerator for the night.
- It should look like this.
- The next day, take it out of the refrigerator, place on a cool dish, and then put some fruit on top as you like.
- All done!
- The amounts listed are estimates.
- 1 tbsp of milk should be good for 100 g of yogurt.
- The more milk you put in, the richer it becomes.
- The recipe says one night but feel free to let even more water out for an even richer taste.
- When removing the water, if you place something on top of the yogurt it can be done in as little as an hour.
- Here I tried putting a couple of cocotte dishes on top.
- I used about 500 g of yogurt.
- My favorite new way to eat this recipe: Pour some Calpis Strawberry Milk on top.
