Cinnamon Rolls

  1. Scald milk.
  2. Add sugar, Crisco, salt and butter.
  3. Set aside to cool.
  4. After cool, dissolve yeast in warm water with 1 tablespoon sugar.
  5. Combine milk mixture and yeast mixture.
  6. Add eggs; stir in flour.
  7. Dough will be soft and slightly sticky.
  8. Knead dough on floured surface for 10 minutes.
  9. Let rise until double.
  10. Punch down; let rise to double again.
  11. Divide into 4 pieces.
  12. Roll into jelly roll; spread melted butter on dough.
  13. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  14. Roll into jelly roll; slice.
  15. Let rise and bake at 350u0b0.
