Georgia Baked Chicken
- 1 cup Crushed Corn Flakes
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 4 whole Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (5-6 Oz. Each)
- 1 bottle Spray Butter
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Combine corn flakes, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and garlic salt in a large bowl.
- Spray chicken breasts with butter, coating them on both sides.
- Then place chicken in the bowl with the dry ingredients and press until covered with the cornflake and cheese mixture.
- Set coated chicken breast in a baking dish.
- Repeat until all of the chicken is coated.
- (Feel free to sprinkle any remaining coating mixture in the baking dishit is delicious!)
- Cover the dish with a piece of foil.
- Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes with the foil on, then remove the foil and cook for another 20 minutes uncovered.
- Enjoy!
