Mushroom-Free Beef Stroganoff

  1. Cut meat into thin strips
  2. Add meat strips, chopped onion, beef broth, butter, and garlic to large deep sauce pan.
  3. Cook on med-high until meat is cooked thoroughly and onions are translucent
  4. Bring temp to a low medium
  5. Add sour cream.
  6. Stir
  7. Combine flour and hot water.
  8. Stir until no lumps are visual.
  9. Gradually add flour mixture to pan to thicken up the sauce.
  10. You DO NOT have to use the entire cup.
  11. Slowly add and check if the thickness is to your liking
  12. Boil egg noodles
  13. Top egg noodles with meat and sauce, enjoy!
