Hominy Casserole

• 1 (16 ounce) can hominy
• 1 (15 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
• 12 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon celery seed
• 12 cup light cream
• 1 cup slivered almonds
• 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
• 1 tablespoon butter

1. drain hominy
2. mix in cream of mushroon soup and half and half
3. mix in spices
4. add slivered almonds
5. butter breacrumbs
6. top the casserole
7. bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
