Bleu Cheese Vinaigrette Recipe

• 4 ounce. Bleu cheese
• 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
• 1 c. salad oil
• 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
• Dash freshly grnd pepper

1. Use food processor metal blade, process Bleu cheese for 5 seconds.
2. Add in oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to the beaker.
3. Process till well blended.
4. Makes 1 1/3 c..
