Creamy Vegetable Casserole

  1. Beat eggs, then add milk in, and stir.
  2. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Pour vegetables into a 4 quart casserole dish.
  4. Pour over egg/milk mixture.
  5. Top with cheese.
  6. Bake at 325 for 40 minutes.
  7. Turn off bake, then broil the top for another 5 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.
