Yogurt Tandoori Marinade.
- 10 ml sunflower oil
- 5 ounces yogurt, low-fat
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric ground
- 1 1/4 ml chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander ground
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- Mix all the ingredients together and leave to marinade for at least one hour.
- Cook over a barbecue, under a grill or in the oven at 230 c, 450 f, gas mark 8.
