BOCA Breakfast Burritos
- 1 cup cholesterol-free egg product
- 1/4 cup fat-free milk
- 3 frozen BOCA Veggie Breakfast Links, coarsely chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
- 4 flour tortillas (6 inch), warmed
- Beat egg product and milk with whisk until well blended.
- Stir in chopped links and onions; pour into nonstick skillet.
- Cook on medium heat 8 min.
- or until egg product is set, stirring occasionally.
- Top with cheese; cover.
- Cook 1 to 2 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
- Spoon onto tortillas.
- Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style.
