Bruschetta Stuffed Mushrooms
- 12 whole White Mushroom Caps, Cleaned
- 1 cup Caesar Salad Croutons
- 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Petite Diced Tomatoes With Garlic And Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Basil
- 1/4 cups Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

- Clean mushrooms and remove the stems, leaving a little bowl for your stuffing.

- Crush croutons and drain tomatoes but not too throughlyleave a bit of the juice.
- In a bowl, combine crushed croutons, drained tomatoes, basil, and cheese.
- Using a fork, mix until ingredients are combined.
- Let this sit for a few minutes so the croutons absorb any juices from the tomatoes.

- Place mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Fill each with approximately 1 tablespoon of filling.
- 4.
- Place in the 400-degree oven and bake for 15 minutes.
