Spring Radish and Avocado Open-Faced Sandwich on Pumpernickel
- 2 pieces Sliced Pumpernickel
- 1 whole Avocado, Peeled, Pitted And Thinly Sliced
- 2 pinches Fresh Black Pepper
- 6 whole Radishes, Greens Trimmed Off Then Sliced Into Rounds
- 2 pinches Pink Himalayan Salt Or Sea Salt
- 2 pinches Micro Greens, Optional
- Toast bread using your preferred method.
- Then set each slice on a plate and add thinly sliced avocado in an even layer.
- Sprinkle with black pepper and top with radish circles.
- Sprinkle with pink salt and then micro greens if you have them.
- Enjoy.
