Spring Radish and Avocado Open-Faced Sandwich on Pumpernickel

  1. Toast bread using your preferred method.
  2. Then set each slice on a plate and add thinly sliced avocado in an even layer.
  3. Sprinkle with black pepper and top with radish circles.
  4. Sprinkle with pink salt and then micro greens if you have them.
  5. Enjoy.
