Easy Strawberry Mousse
- 1 pack Strawberries
- 100 ml Milk
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 5 grams Gelatin powder
- 3 tbsp Hot water
- Separate the strawberries into 2 portions.
- One is for the mousse and the other is for decoration.
- Chill the containers in the fridge.
- Add strawberries without the stems, milk, and sugar into a blender, and turn the switch on.
- Add gelatin dissolved in hot water, and heavy cream to Step 2, then turn the switch back on.
- Pour into containers, and chill for about 1 hour in the fridge.
- Decorate with strawberries, and it's done.
