Chinese Noodle Casserole Recipe

  1. Saute/fry celery and onion.
  2. Add in 1 small can of pimento if you want to add in color.
  3. Mix all together.
  4. Put in a 9 x 13 inch casserole.
  5. Save 1/4 can of Chinese noodles to put on top.
  6. Bake about 1 hour at 325 degrees.
