Moist Cornbread Recipe
- 1 pkg. corn muffin mix (Jiffy, 8 1/2 ounce.)
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 (8 ounce.) can creamed corn
- 1 (8 ounce.) can whole corn, liquid removed
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Heat butter in a 7" x 11" x 1 1/2" pan in oven.
- Mix remaining ingredients in order in a bowl.
- Pour into the pan, stir, bake 40 min or possibly till toothpick comes out clean.
- Serve immediately.
