Almond Joy Fudge Recipe
- 2 pkt semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 c. mini Almond Joy candy bars, cut into 1/4 inch pcs from 1 (1 lb.) package
- 1 x tube green decorating icing, optional
- 1 x tube red decorating icing, optional
- Butter square baking pan.
- Line with sufficient wax paper to overhang 2 sides by 2 inches.
- In pot combine chips and lowfat milk, over medium heat, cook, stirring constantly till mix is melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
- Cold 1 minute.
- Stir in candy bars.
- Spread mix proportionately in pan.
- Chill till hard, at least 2 hrs.
- Use wax paper to help remove from pan.
- Peel off paper, cut into squares.
- If you like, pipe holly leaf and berries on top of each piece with icings.
- Makes 36pieces.
