Almond Joy Fudge Recipe

  1. Butter square baking pan.
  2. Line with sufficient wax paper to overhang 2 sides by 2 inches.
  3. In pot combine chips and lowfat milk, over medium heat, cook, stirring constantly till mix is melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
  5. Cold 1 minute.
  6. Stir in candy bars.
  7. Spread mix proportionately in pan.
  8. Chill till hard, at least 2 hrs.
  9. Use wax paper to help remove from pan.
  10. Peel off paper, cut into squares.
  11. If you like, pipe holly leaf and berries on top of each piece with icings.
  12. Makes 36pieces.
