  1. Boil a large pot of water and add the fettucini
  2. Melt the butter in the pan on low heat as you would to make a basic Alfredo Sauce and then stir in the cream.
  3. As you begin to cook your fettucini whisk the butter and cream to make thicken.
  4. Now plop in a couple of table spoons of Pesto and stir.
  5. Add the fettucini, the chicken and the parmigiano and toss together.
