Pesto Chicken Alfredo Recipe pastagirlrecipes
- 1 lb Fettucini
- 12 tbsp of butter
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated parmigiano
- 3-4 tbsp of pesto sauce
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Boil a large pot of water and add the fettucini
- Melt the butter in the pan on low heat as you would to make a basic Alfredo Sauce and then stir in the cream.
- As you begin to cook your fettucini whisk the butter and cream to make thicken.
- Now plop in a couple of table spoons of Pesto and stir.
- Add the fettucini, the chicken and the parmigiano and toss together.
