Mexican Cheese Fries Recipe

  1. Cut potatoes into thin wedges.
  2. Coat with extra virgin olive oil.
  3. In a large zipper bag, combine cheese, seasoning blend, garlic and pepper.
  4. Add in potatoes, shake well.
  5. Bake at 400 for 20-25 min.
  6. Serve with lowfat sour cream and salsa.
